For anything related to the software application SC Controller, other than connection to the portal, authentication and tenant administration, please contact your contractor's QS.
Access to the Application
For access issues such as logging into SC Controller, please send an email to sccontroller@coins-global.com and include the following:
- Any screenshots of errors and exactly what actions you have performed to attempt to gain access to SC Controller.
- Your full name, email address, phone number and company name.
- Which contractor are you working with.
- Your tenant administrator contact details, if known.
- The URL you are using.
- A full description of the problem.
- Impact and urgency.
