Timesheet Entry
This is the role for employees who need to make non-real-time transactions for themselves, or managers who need to make non-real-time transactions on behalf of the people they manage. Job-based approvers also require this user role if they wish to be able to edit the timesheets they are reviewing. Users with this role have access to the following Time Entry menu item:

Job Approval
This is the role for job-based approvers, allowing them to view and approve or reject time transactions made under contracts for which they are the project manager. Note that the user will also need the Payroll Submit role to be able to submit the time cards they have reviewed. Users with this role have access to the following Review and Approve menu item:

Crew Approval
This is the role for employee-based approvers, allowing them to view, edit and approve or reject time transactions for employees in their crew. Note that the user will also need the Payroll Submit role to be able to submit the time cards they have reviewed. Users with this role have access to the following Review and Approve menu item:

Payroll Submit
This role allows users to submit payroll data from the Employee-Based or Job-Based Review and Approve screens. The user will also need the relevant approval role to have access to either of the approval screens. If a user has the Job Approval or Crew Approval role but does not have this role, they will still have access to the related approval screen, but the Submit button will be disabled.
Enquiry
This role allows users to see grids containing all registered employees and all time transactions recorded for a given week. Users with this role have access to the Enquiry menu block:
