Admin User Roles
Access to Administration Module
For a user to access the Administration module, they must be set as a 'Super Admin' user. This is done from the User Administration > Users menu (see Managing Users).
User Roles
Admin Distribution List Administrator
Provides access to the Distribution Lists menu.
Admin Full Tenant System Administrator
Provides access to the Approve All button in User Administration > Account Requests and the CSV Import – User Group Update menu.
Admin IT Support – COINS ERP+ Integration Administrator
Provides access to “CCM transmit to COINS ERP+ error” notifications.
Admin Light Tenant Creator
Provides access to the subcontractor onboarding process (used by SC Controller).
Admin User Security Administrator
Provides access to the User Company and Contract Security menu.
Passport User
Provides access to the Home tab and Personal Data (User Icon > Preferences > Personal Data).
